Announcing Our 2017 Jeans for Generosity Charities

PenAir’s 2017 Jeans for Generosity campaign is in full swing! From our executive leadership all the way down to branch employees, we’re all committed to making this year’s effort the best ever.

How Does J4G work?

PenAir employees nominate and vote on charities that the program will benefit. Then, through payroll deductions and Jeans for Generosity Days (when employees get to wear jeans to work in exchange for a donation), they contribute to the program little by little throughout the year. In addition, we will conduct an employee volunteer event to benefit each J4G charity.

Our leadership has pledged $5,000 per charity, for a total of $40,000 in 2017. We started Jeans for Generosity in 2013 and by the end of 2017 expect total program donations to exceed $200,000.
