Cash cards are no longer available for purchase.
As of December 30, 2017, we will no longer offer Gift Cards or Cash Cards, prepaid cards, for purchase or have the ability to reload them. We will continue to provide service to existing Cash Cards until a zero balance occurs or the card expires. If you would like the remaining balance of your Cash Card to be transferred to your account please request this by calling our card services department at 850.505.3200 ext. 8450. If you have any recurring charges on your Cash Card, you will need to contact the merchant with new payment information before your card expires or runs out of funds.
The following services are still available for PrePaid Cards:
- Check your balance
- View the transaction history
- File discrepancies and dispute charges
- Report the card stolen or lost
- Change or set PIN
- Set alerts
