The Friends of the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society, Inc. is a 501(c)3 organization facilitated by Pen Air Federal Credit Union to support the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society at Naval Air Station Pensacola.
Membership to the Friends of NMCRS, Inc. is open to anyone, and Pen Air will pay your one-time $1 donation for membership dues. Being a member of the Friends of NMCRS, Inc. enables you to join as a member of Pen Air. Learn more about Pen Air membership.
The Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society, established in 1904, serves to provide financial, educational, and other need-based assistance to active-duty and retired Sailors, Marines and their eligible family members and survivors. For nineteen years, Pen Air has given more than $520,000 to further the mission of NMCRS at Naval Air Station Pensacola. For eighteen years, the credit union has hosted an annual charity golf tournament to raise funds on behalf of the society who is unable to solicit their own funding. The Pensacola society is ranked second in the nation, behind the Washington D.C. society, for receiving the most financial support by its community.
Charity Golf Tournament
The 20th Annual Friends of the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society, Inc. Charity Golf Tournament, presented by Pen Air will be held at Scenic Hills Golf Course on Friday, March 27, 2020.
For twenty years, Pen Air has proudly supported the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society by providing financial gifts totaling more than $520,000. The mission of NMCRS is to provide financial assistance and educate service members to become financially self-sufficient and a better manager of their personal finances.
This emulates the credit union’s philosophy of “people helping people.” NMCRS is able to provide small interest-free loans to meet urgent financial needs typically involving unexpected expenses.

Four-Person Scramble Registration
Player – $75 per person or $300 per team
All players will receive complimentary use of golf cart, lunch, goody bag, and use of practice driving range before start. Each team must fill out a registration form with team details. Registration deadline is Friday, March 20, 2020.
