How do I delete my digital banking access?

Your privacy is our top priority, and we are committed to facilitating this process for you.  Please note that even after your profile is deleted, certain data associated with your Digital Banking account may be retained for purposes such as fraud prevention, security, and compliance.

If you wish to remove or delete your Digital Banking access, please call Pen Air Member Services directly. This is the only way to ensure the process is handled securely and efficiently. Our Member Services team can be reached at 850.505.3200, Option 2.

This action will disable your Digital Banking access to your accounts but will not close or delete your actual bank accounts.

What to Expect:

  • Verification: When you call Member Services, be prepared to verify your identity for security purposes. This might include answering security questions or providing personal information to confirm your identity.
  • Reactivation: If you decide to reactivate your Digital Banking in the future, simply re-enroll through the online registration process.
  • Access to Accounts: You will still have full access to your accounts through other means, such as visiting a branch, using ATMs, or calling Member Services.
