BauerFinancial, Inc., the nation’s credit union and bank rating firm, has been analyzing and reporting on the nation’s financial institutions since 1983. A 5-Star rating by Bauer indicates that PenAir is one of the strongest credit unions in the nation, excelling in such areas as capital, loan quality, profitability, and much more.
Forbes.com Names PenAir Among Top CU
In order to evaluate the more than 5,000 credit unions in the United States, Forbes enlisted the help of Statista, a marketing research firm, to survey nearly 26,000 U.S. citizens from all 50 states on their banking relationships. Financial institutions were scored on overall recommendations and satisfaction, as well as five subdimensions (trust, terms and conditions, branch services, digital services, and financial advice). Only 3.4% of credit unions nationwide make this prestigious list.
Need a little more information?
First impressions are everything! So we try to make it a positive one. Here are some helpful suggestions we have for our team members:
- Take Pride in your appearance – “proper” grooming, minimal wrinkles (in your clothing), natural hair shades, light fragrances (being mindful of those around you suffering from allergies), etc.
- We do participate in “Corporate Wear” around here. It’s a way to remain uniform without having a specific uniform. After all, we want you to still be you – just with a PenAir logo.
We’ll cover the rest during the interview process. These are just the basics.
We are on a bi-weekly pay frequency with 26 pay periods. In the two months where there are 3 pay periods, no premiums are deducted from the third pay period.
As a Credit Union, we get all the bank holidays. We consider it an added benefit for our team. Here are the 2023 dates.
