On the website, click Schedule an Appointment > Book an Appointment
In Online Banking, click Contact Us > Schedule an Appointment > Book an Appointment
In the Mobile app, click More > Schedule an Appointment > Book an Appointment
If you booked a video appointment, make sure you allow access to your device’s microphone and camera, and then click Join!
