Credit cardholders will call 800.654.7728 and follow the Disputes process.

Debit cardholders can file a dispute by:

  • Logging into Online Banking
      • Select “Card Service” from the navigation menu
      • Select “Debit Card Fraud Dispute”
  • Calling 850.505.3200
  • Visit a location nearest to you
