Spanish Fort is Rich in History and Shopping Destinations

On the eastern side of Mobile Bay is the historic community of Spanish Fort, AL, where you can find PenAir’s Eastern Shore location. Spanish Fort has a rich history, starting as a French trading post in 1712, and later known for the Spanish fort built on the site of the trading post during the Revolutionary War. The entrepreneurial spirit lives on in Spanish Fort at the Eastern Shore Centre, a large regional shopping center where you can find PenAir across the street from Dillard’s.
