PenAir Federal Credit Union Named #1 Credit Union in Florida

June 25, 2021

Pensacola, Florida – (June 2021) PenAir Federal Credit Union (PenAir FCU) named the number one credit union in Florida by Forbes.com. With 10 credit unions representing the state of Florida, PenAir FCU comes in on top for the second year in a row.

“We are beyond proud of this designation,” says Delbert Lee Morgan, the credit union’s new President and Chief Executive Officer. “You don’t receive this level of recognition without a tremendous team supporting your mission. In order to evaluate the more than 5,000 credit unions in the United States, Forbes enlisted the help of Statista, a marketing research firm, to survey nearly 25,000 customers. Financial institutions were scored on overall recommendations and satisfaction, as well as five subdimensions (trust, terms and conditions, branch services, digital services, and financial advice). Only 3.6% of credit unions nationwide make this prestigious list.
