PenAir Celebrates Local Educators through #TreatATeacher
Pensacola, Florida – (October 24, 2024) PenAir Credit Union (PenAir) recently honored six area teachers through its annual #TreatATeacher campaign, recognizing the exceptional contributions of educators in Escambia, Santa Rosa and Baldwin counties.
“Teachers make such a profound impact on our children and our communities,” said Casey Brueske, Community Education Development Specialist. “By allowing our followers on social media to nominate the teachers, we were able to celebrate those most making a mark in the lives of their students.”
PenAir asked its Facebook and Instagram followers to nominate their favorite teachers, and the response was overwhelming with more than 3,000 nominations. This year’s winners each received $1,000 that they can put toward their classroom wish-list.
Congratulations to PenAir’s 2024 #TreatATeacher Winners:
- Julie Robbins, Bagdad Elementary
- Kirstie Severns, Bennett Russell Elementary School
- Adrianna Sager, Molino Park Elementary School
- Annie Carter, Blue Angels Elementary School
- Kathy Williams, Fairhope High School
- Madison Bright, Florence B. Mathis Elementary School
PenAir Credit Union remains committed to supporting the educators who shape the future of our communities. Through its #TreatATeacher campaign and other community outreach efforts, PenAir aims to recognize the dedication, passion, and hard work that teachers bring to their classrooms each day.
