Pensacola, Florida (March 19, 2024) PenAir Credit Union (PenAir) proudly announces the promotion of esteemed team members to key leadership positions, bolstering its commitment to excellence and community service.

Meg Rich Promoted to VP of Project Management

Meg Rich, a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience, has been promoted to the role of Vice President of Project Management. Rich, who holds a degree from Wichita State University and a Project Management Professional Certification, is renowned for her dedication to both organizational success and community involvement. She is an active mentor and advisor, contributing her expertise to organizations such as Pensacola Young Professionals and Valerie’s House Pensacola.

Reflecting on her new role, Rich expressed her enthusiasm, stating, “It’s an honor to accept this new role at PenAir and continue to serve our members and the Pensacola community. I am eager to contribute to our mission of enhancing lives and strengthening our community.”

Ryan Vann Elevated to VP of Lending

Ryan Vann, a lifelong resident of Northwest Florida and a longstanding member of PenAir, has been promoted to Vice President of Lending. With a wealth of experience garnered through various roles within the consumer lending department, Vann brings a deep understanding of the region and a commitment to promoting outdoor recreation initiatives. His dedication to community service is evident through his involvement with organizations such as the Emerald Coast Disc Golf Club.

Commenting on his promotion, Vann remarked, “As a member of PenAir since childhood, I am excited to be part of the Senior Leadership team to help support our mission of Enhancing Lives across our field of membership.”

Kristi Bird Advances to AVP of Operations

Kristi Bird, a seasoned professional with 17 years of experience in the financial industry, including 14 years in credit unions, has been promoted to Assistant Vice President of Operations. Bird’s extensive background encompasses roles ranging from call center operations to mortgage management, demonstrating her commitment to delivering exceptional member service.

Expressing her gratitude for the opportunity, Bird stated, “PenAir’s principles of respect, service, and community involvement resonate deeply with me. I am honored and excited to contribute to our ongoing success.”

Michael Davis Joins PenAir as AVP of Accounting

PenAir is pleased to welcome Michael Davis as the newest member of its leadership team, serving as Assistant Vice President of Accounting. Davis, a certified public accountant with a wealth of experience in government and credit union accounting, brings a proven track record of financial management and strategic leadership. His commitment to professional development and community engagement aligns seamlessly with PenAir’s values.

Davis expressed his enthusiasm for his new role, stating, “I am enthusiastic about the undeniable privilege of enhancing the lives of our communities and members.
