Loan Payment Assistance
If the storm has affected your ability to make a payment, talk to us.
We understand that recovery can put additional strain on your budget. If Hurricane Isaias has affected your ability to make a payment on an existing PenAir loan, reach out and let us know.
We’ll work with you to understand your circumstances and discuss assistance that may be available. To get started, give us a call, make an appointment, or stop by a branch.
Scam Awareness
Storm recovery can bring out the best in our communities, but it can also create opportunities for scammers. Be cautious of unexpected calls, texts, emails or visits from individuals claiming to represent financial institutions, government agencies, insurance companies, contractors or relief organizations.
Pause. Don’t let urgency pressure you into making a quick decision.
Verify. Independently confirm who you’re communicating with before sending money or sharing information.
Protect. Never provide passwords, verification codes or sensitive account information to someone you don’t know or trust.
When something doesn’t feel right, stop and verify before taking the next step.
