Important Information
On May 1, 2025, Star City Federal Credit Union accounts will be fully integrated into the PenAir Credit Union system, and you can begin setting up your new account online. As a member of PenAir, you will have access to a wide range of products and services.
Enroll in Digital Banking: Click the “Login” button at the top of your screen and select “New User.” You will need your PenAir Member Number that was mailed to you. Your account information will be available online beginning May 1.

The Elbit branch is located within the Elbit Systems of America building and is only accessible to members with security access. In addition to the branch, you’ll also have 24/7 access to an ATM in the Employee Breakroom, Building 2.
