How to report lost or stolen cards?

Log in to Online banking or your mobile app.

  1. Click on Card Management and select the card if there is more than one.
  2. To turn off the card, move the Card Status button to off. No purchases can be made with the card until it is toggled back on.
  3. Report Lost/Stolen, answer questions and press Report. No more purchases can be made with this card.

Additional Options:

  • Travel Notice – answer questions to establish a travel notice.
  • Cancel CardNo more purchases can be made with this card.
  • Change Nickname – changes the name of the card in your Online Banking or mobile account.
  • Alters & Controls – allows you to set alerts for the card.
  • Delivery Options – controls how you receive messages about your card.
