Why is there a yellow or red exclamation point on my account within Money Management and how do I remove it?
From the Accounts View, an exclamation point (red or yellow) will appear at the top right corner of the account card.
- A yellow alert indicates that an action is required from the user (i.e. answer a security question).
- A red alert indicates a problem with the connection to the account.
To remove the exclamation point:
- Click on the account to open the account detail view.
- Then click on the red or yellow warning message in the “Link Status” field.
- The “Manage Institutions” page will appear.
- Once the action/connection has been addressed the exclamation mark will disappear.
