PenAir Credit Union Breaks Ground on Panama City Beach Branch, Expanding Service to Bay County

Pensacola, Florida (August 28, 2025) – PenAir Credit Union (PenAir) celebrated a milestone, on August 27, 2025 with a ceremonial groundbreaking for its newest branch at 11840 Panama City Beach Parkway, marking the credit union’s first location in Bay County and an important step in its Gulf Coast, Bold Growth strategy. Attended by community leaders, chamber representatives, and PenAir’s leadership team, the event signaled the beginning of construction on a member‑focused, technology‑enhanced branch designed to deliver personalized financial guidance with modern convenience.

In opening remarks, PenAir leaders underscored that the moment was about more than turning soil; it was about extending PenAir’s long‑standing purpose of enhancing lives into a community where many members already live and work. The new advisory‑style branch will pair expert conversations with smart technology to make everyday banking faster while creating space for deeper financial planning.
